Terms and Conditions — ls1ak Platform Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ls1ak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the ls1ak website, mobile application and any related services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games, the game lobby and any promotional offers.

Access to and use of the ls1ak platform is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of registration and is reaffirmed each time you log in to your account or use any feature of the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, your only remedy is to stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms should be read alongside the ls1ak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an ls1ak account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ls1ak is strictly an adult platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, using the platform or placing any bets or wagers.
• You must be registering on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false registration information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not currently hold another active ls1ak account. Each person is entitled to one account only. If you have previously held an ls1ak account that was closed for breach of these Terms, you may not open a new account without written permission from ls1ak support.

ls1ak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity. Standard verification documents include a valid CNIC, proof of address and confirmation of the payment method used to deposit. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be restricted pending resolution.

03Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ls1ak account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and not sharing them with any other person.

ls1ak will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your password from someone claiming to be ls1ak, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ls1ak support immediately to have your account secured. ls1ak is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device. Enabling auto-save for passwords on shared devices is done entirely at your own risk.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ls1ak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is always subject to the current options displayed in the cashier.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect on your ls1ak balance within seconds. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. ls1ak does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Processing times vary by payment method and are shown at the time of request. ls1ak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be held pending verification if: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold that triggers enhanced due diligence; (c) there is an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements; or (d) unusual account activity has been flagged for review.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct when submitting a withdrawal request. ls1ak is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment information provided by the player.

05Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ls1ak are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting market and should be reviewed before placing a bet. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity on ls1ak:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. For in-play bets, the odds at the moment of acceptance by the system are the binding odds, not the odds at the time you initiated the bet slip.
• ls1ak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where odds were clearly published in error.
• For cricket, including PSL and international T20 matches, specific settlement rules apply to rain-affected matches, reduced-over games and abandoned fixtures. Match winner bets on abandoned matches where no result is reached are generally voided. DLS results are treated as valid match results for match winner markets.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the combined bet to pay out. A single void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs; the bet is recalculated accordingly rather than voided entirely, unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are not publicly displayed for all markets but are applied at the point of bet acceptance. If a stake exceeds the applicable limit, the bet may be partially accepted or rejected.
• ls1ak reserves the right to limit the stakes or markets available to any individual account at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

06Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, slot games, fish games and game lobby titles available on ls1ak are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering real money.

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studio providers. The outcomes of live casino games are determined by physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels and dice — operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. ls1ak does not control the outcome of live casino games.

Slot games, fish games and game lobby titles use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are displayed within the individual game information panels where provided by the game developer.

Technical malfunctions during any casino or game session will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned to your account balance. If a malfunction occurs mid-way through a bonus round or free spin sequence, the incomplete round is voided and the stake for that round is returned. ls1ak is not liable for any losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

07Bonuses & Promotions

ls1ak offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ls1ak promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games or sports, and any account status requirements — are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your account balance unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Real money winnings from real money wagers placed while a bonus balance is active are withdrawable subject to normal withdrawal conditions.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. ls1ak reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms is identified.
• Only one active bonus may be held on an account at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• ls1ak reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ls1ak platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false identity information.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or account credentials to access or fund an ls1ak account.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information that could influence the outcome.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets, navigate the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing errors to place bets or wagers at odds that are clearly incorrect.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated accounts to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, modify or disrupt any part of the ls1ak platform, including its games, cashier systems or user data.
• Using the ls1ak platform in connection with any money laundering or other financial crime activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward ls1ak staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

ls1ak uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, ls1ak may take action without advance notice, including voiding bets, freezing balances and permanently closing accounts.

09Account Suspension & Closure

ls1ak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, and self-exclusion requests from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ls1ak reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation. If no breach is confirmed, any withheld balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ls1ak support. Prior to closure, any active bonus balance will be removed from the account. Real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard identity checks are completed. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days in most cases.

Accounts that have been inactive — no login, deposit or betting activity — for a period of twelve consecutive months may be designated as dormant. ls1ak will attempt to contact the account holder prior to applying any dormant account policy. Any applicable dormant account fee will be deducted from the balance on a monthly basis after the dormancy period begins. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ls1ak platform — including but not limited to the ls1ak brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations and all other material — is the intellectual property of ls1ak or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any of this intellectual property.

You may access and use the ls1ak platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit or otherwise use any content from the ls1ak platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ls1ak.

Third-party game content available on the ls1ak platform, including slot titles, live casino software and other game products, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and studio providers. Use of such content is subject to the terms imposed by those providers.

11Limitation of Liability

ls1ak provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, ls1ak shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any service interruption, system failure, data loss or technical malfunction beyond ls1ak's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, internet connectivity issues or mobile network failures.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect or delayed score, odds or statistical data displayed on the platform where such data is sourced from a third-party provider.
• Any indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. The platform's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is capped at the PKR balance held in the affected player's account at the time the claim arises.

12Privacy & Data

ls1ak collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the platform and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, contact details, CNIC information, payment method details and betting history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and improvement of platform services.

ls1ak does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by ls1ak, subject to any legal retention obligations that require us to retain certain records for a defined period. Data access requests can be submitted via the support contact channels listed on the platform.

13Responsible Gaming

ls1ak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play activity, helping you stay aware of how long you have been on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods ranging from one week to twelve months. 14Amendments to These Terms

ls1ak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the ls1ak platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. ls1ak recommends reviewing the Terms whenever you receive a notification of changes.
